Privacy at KouryLab
What happens when you contact us.
This page explains what the KouryLab website collects through its project form, why it is collected, and where it goes.
Last updated September 25, 2026.
The information
What the form collects.
The project form asks for your name, email address, and information you choose to share about the business, the website, timing, features, content, and open questions. The simple contact form may also ask for a phone number, subject, and message.
We use this information to review the request, ask useful follow-up questions, and decide whether and how to define a project scope or proposal.
Storage and delivery
Where the information goes.
The form keeps a private submission copy in this WordPress website and emails a copy to the KouryLab address configured to receive website requests. The website host and email providers process that information as part of providing those services.
The private WordPress copy is scheduled for permanent deletion 90 days after submission. The emailed copy is separate from that schedule and may remain in the recipient mailbox until it is removed.
For spam protection, the form creates a short-lived technical signal based on the connection address. The raw address is not saved with the private WordPress submission.
Automation and care
People review the request.
The public form is not currently connected to an automated AI reader or responder. A submitted request is reviewed before any response is prepared or sent.
Please do not send passwords, access keys, payment details, health information, legal records, or other highly sensitive information through the website form.
